How to create a new habit in anything you do within 29 Days.

 

You can be Consistency in what you do before a month.

Creating a habit required consistency of repeating that habit everyday Step To Form A New Habit

⏰ Create a schedule and time for the habit you want to be doing daily (Brushing your teeth everyday is also a habit from childhood)

⏰Make it easier for yourself to do eg Whenever I want to go to bed at night I would have already keep a book beside my pillow to read for 10 min before sleeping.

⏰Reward yourself after complete the task same as opposite of it.

⏰Fall in Love With the habit you do daily untill it become what you will continue doing without proscinating.

There will be sometimes you will not feel like doing the task it is okay for you to feel that way and still you need to do it because there is punishment for not complete the task (change how you feel about it train your mind to be happy when doing it).
