MONEY RULES - BECOME RICH

SKIN DISEASES

Skin diseases can lead to a range of side effects. They often cause discomfort, itching, and pain. In some cases, they may result in visible changes to the skin, like rashes, blisters, or discoloration. Chronic skin conditions can have emotional impacts, affecting self-esteem and mental well-being. Additionally, certain skin diseases may increase susceptibility to infections or other health complications if not managed properly.

ARCHES OF THE FOOT

The arches of the foot, formed by the tarsal and metatarsal bones, strengthened by ligaments and tendons, allow the foot to support the weight of the body in the standing posture with the least weight.

NOBLE GAS

These are elements like helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon and radon. They're called noble because they don't like to mix with other elements and form molecules.

In space weird stuff happens.

There are some crazy conditions out there that make these noble gases do things they would never do on Earth.

Like forming molecules with other elements. Molecules with noble gases.

One example is argonium, which is a molecule made of argon and hydrogen. This was discovered by accident in 2013 by some astronomers who were looking at the Crab Nebula, which is the remains of a star that exploded a long time ago.

They found argonium in the gas of the nebula, and it was the first time anyone had seen a naturally occurring noble gas molecule.

Another one is helium hydride, which is a molecule made of helium and hydrogen. This one is even more special, because it was the first type of molecule to form after the big bang, when the universe was still young and hot.

It took more than 30 years for astronomers to find this molecule in space, and they finally did it in 2019 by using a telescope on an airplane.

They found helium hydride in a planetary nebula called NGC 7027, which is a cloud of gas and dust that formed from an old star.

BEST VERSION OF YOURSELF

1. Workout: You can automatically look better than 80% of the population by hitting the gym and cutting out junk food.

2. Always keep your word: Do what you say you're going to do! Accomplish your goals, people will pay attention.

3. Control your emotions: Stop reacting to everyone and everything. People who can trigger your emotions have power over you. Choose wisely who you give this power to.

4. Start building your future: Do it alone, do it broke, do it scared, just do it. Learn to sell, learn to invest & chase that money.

5. Don't react: When you don't care or react to the BS, people get scared. They realize they have no control over your emotions.

6. Create solutions: Too many people complain. Create a monetizable solution. Sell it, and make money.

7. Control what you can control: Some shit you can't control, but you can always control how you react to it. Staying calm is a superpower of the strong.

8. Don't give fuck: When you don't care or react to the BS, people get scared. They realize they have no control over your emotions.

9. Ghost everyone & focus on yourself: I compete with no one, I have no desire to play the games of being better than anyone. I am simply trying to be better than person I was yesterday.

ANTI-AGING

The quest for an effective anti-aging workout is a common goal as people seek to maintain their physical health, vitality, and youthful appearance as they age. While there isn't a one-size-fits-all "best" anti-aging workout, there are several key principles and exercises that can contribute to a comprehensive and successful approach. In this essay, we will explore the importance of exercise for healthy aging, discuss the key components of an anti-aging workout, and provide examples of exercises that can be incorporated into a well-rounded routine.

Understanding the Importance of Exercise for Aging:

Regular exercise plays a crucial role in maintaining physical and mental well-being as we age. Exercise offers numerous benefits that directly impact the aging process:

  1. Muscle Mass and Strength: Strength training exercises help preserve muscle mass and prevent age-related muscle loss, which can lead to reduced mobility and functional decline.
  2. Bone Health: Weight-bearing exercises, such as walking or resistance training, support bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
  3. Cardiovascular Health: Cardiovascular exercises, like walking, cycling, or swimming, improve heart health, circulation, and endurance.
  4. Flexibility and Mobility: Stretching and flexibility exercises enhance joint mobility, reduce stiffness, and improve overall flexibility.
  5. Mental Well-being: Physical activity releases endorphins, which contribute to improved mood, reduced stress, and enhanced cognitive function.
  6. Metabolic Health: Regular exercise helps maintain a healthy weight, regulate blood sugar levels, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes.

Key Components of an Anti-Aging Workout:

  1. Cardiovascular Exercise:

Cardiovascular exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, elevates the heart rate and promotes cardiovascular health. Activities like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, and dancing improve endurance, lung capacity, and overall vitality. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio per week, spread across several days.

  1. Strength Training:

Strength training, or resistance training, involves using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to build and maintain muscle mass. Incorporating exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and weightlifting supports bone health, increases metabolism, and enhances functional strength. Aim for two to three days of strength training per week, targeting major muscle groups.

  1. Flexibility and Balance:

Flexibility exercises, such as yoga or Pilates, improve joint range of motion and reduce the risk of injuries. Additionally, balance exercises help prevent falls, which can be particularly beneficial for older adults. Include dynamic stretches and balance exercises like single-leg stands and yoga poses in your routine.

  1. Functional Movements:

Incorporate exercises that mimic everyday movements, enhancing functional fitness. These movements improve your ability to perform daily tasks with ease, promoting independence as you age. Examples include squats, lunges, bending, reaching, and lifting.

  1. Mind-Body Connection:

Mind-body exercises like tai chi and yoga not only improve physical flexibility and balance but also promote mental relaxation, stress reduction, and mindfulness.

Sample Anti-Aging Workout Routine:

  1. Cardiovascular Exercise:Brisk walking: 30 minutes, 5 times a weekCycling: 20 minutes, 3 times a week
  2. Strength Training:Squats: 3 sets of 12 repetitionsPush-ups or modified push-ups: 3 sets of 10 repetitionsDumbbell rows: 3 sets of 10 repetitions per armPlank: Hold for 30 seconds, 3 times
  3. Flexibility and Balance:Yoga or Pilates: 1-2 sessions per weekDynamic stretches: 5-10 minutes before and after workouts
  4. Functional Movements:Step-ups: 3 sets of 10 repetitions per legLunges: 3 sets of 12 repetitions per legBending and reaching: Incorporate bending exercises to pick up objects from the ground
  5. Mind-Body Exercise:Tai chi or yoga: 1-2 sessions per week

Safety Considerations:

  1. Consultation: Before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, consult a healthcare professional or fitness expert.
  2. Progression: Start with exercises appropriate for your fitness level and gradually increase intensity, duration, or weight as you build strength and endurance.
  3. Proper Form: Use correct form during exercises to prevent injuries. Consider working with a certified fitness trainer to learn proper technique.
  4. Rest and Recovery: Allow your body adequate time for rest and recovery between workouts to prevent overtraining and promote muscle repair.
  5. Hydration and Nutrition: Stay hydrated and maintain a balanced diet to support your body's energy needs and recovery.

An effective anti-aging workout combines cardiovascular exercises, strength training, flexibility exercises, functional movements, and mind-body practices. Regular physical activity supports muscle strength, bone health, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and mental well-being as you age. Customize your workout routine based on your fitness level, goals, and preferences, and always prioritize safety and proper form. By embracing a well-rounded and consistent exercise regimen, you can enhance your quality of life, vitality, and overall health as you navigate the aging process.

MEMES OF THE DAY ( 29 - 09 - 23 )

CAUVERY ISSUE

The allocation of Cauvery water between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu has been a contentious issue for several decades.

The dispute revolves around the sharing of water from the Cauvery River, which originates in Karnataka and flows through Tamil Nadu before emptying into the Bay of Bengal. The river is a crucial source of water for both states, supporting agriculture, drinking water supply, and various other needs.

The origins of the Cauvery water dispute can be traced back to the British colonial era when agreements were made regarding the sharing of river waters. However, disagreements and conflicts over water allocation have persisted over the years due to factors such as population growth, increased agricultural demands, and changing climatic conditions.

The primary mechanism for allocating Cauvery water between Karnataka and Tamil Nadu is through agreements and orders issued by various authorities. The key agreements that have shaped the allocation of Cauvery water include:

1. The 1892 Agreement: This agreement was signed between the Madras Presidency (now Tamil Nadu) and the princely state of Mysore (now Karnataka) during British rule. It allocated a certain amount of water to each region based on historical usage patterns.

2. The 1924 Agreement: This agreement was an extension of the 1892 Agreement and further defined the water-sharing arrangements between Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. It established a formula based on the availability of water during different seasons.

3. The 1974 Award: In an attempt to resolve disputes arising from the 1924 Agreement, the Government of India constituted a tribunal known as the Cauvery Water Disputes Tribunal (CWDT). After several years of hearings and analysis, the CWDT issued its final award in 1974. The award determined the amount of water that should be released at various points along the river during different seasons.

The 1974 Award was subsequently modified by two interim orders issued by the Supreme Court of India in 1991 and 2007. These orders aimed to address the changing circumstances and demands of both states.

The allocation of Cauvery water is primarily based on the concept of a "fair share" for each state, taking into account factors such as rainfall, agricultural needs, and the availability of water in the river. The specific allocation is determined by the authorities responsible for implementing the agreements and orders, including the Cauvery River Authority (CRA) and the Cauvery Monitoring Committee (CMC).

However, despite these agreements and mechanisms, disputes over Cauvery water allocation have persisted. Both Karnataka and Tamil Nadu have often found themselves at odds over the interpretation and implementation of the agreements. The disagreements have led to protests, legal battles, and even violence between the two states.

In recent years, efforts have been made to find a long-term solution to the Cauvery water dispute. In 2018, the Supreme Court of India delivered a verdict that modified the allocations specified in the 2007 interim order. The court directed Karnataka to release a certain amount of water to Tamil Nadu during normal monsoon years.

It is important to note that the Cauvery water dispute is a complex issue with multiple dimensions, including legal, political, environmental, and socio-economic aspects. Resolving this dispute requires a careful balance between the interests of both states and a comprehensive understanding of the river's hydrology.

BUDDHA - A GOD IN BUDDHISM?

In Hinduism any exceptional person can be considered a representation of a “god”.

All gurus are “gods” so some Hindus venerate Buddha as an archetypal guru. And almost every Hindu home I’ve been into has a statue of the Buddha.

Some Hindus consider Buddha to have been an avatar of Vishnu - and some Buddhists associate the Buddha with Vishnu. In Thailand the King is considered as an avatar of Vishnu and the statue of Vishnu on Garuda appears on the gables of many Buddhist temples.

The Thai Royal Barge.

KURUKSHETHRA

The land of Kurukshetra was chosen by Lord Sri Krishna for the war, but why he opted for Kurukshetra for the war, there is a secret behind it. According to the scriptures, when the war of Mahabharata was decided, search of the land began soon. Lord Krishna wanted to eradicate the rising sins on earth through this war and wanted to establish religion.

It is said that Lord Krishna was in fear that Kauravas and the Pandavas might make a pact on seeing each other dying in this war. So he decided to choose a land for war, where there is enough amount of anger and hatred. For this, Krishna sent his messengers in all directions and asked them to take stock of the events.

Messengers took stock of the events and elaborated the same to Lord Krishna one after another. One of the messengers told an incident in which an elder brother in Kurukshetra asked his younger brother to stop the rainwater flowing as it was entering the farm, but he refused to do so. In fit of anger, elder brother got furious and killed the younger brother with a knife and dragged his corpse to stop the water from where the water was coming out.

Hearing this true incident, Krishna decided that this land is suitable for the war. Sri Krishna was then quite convinced that the rites of this land will not allow the brothers to develop love for each other in the war. After this, he announced the venue of war as Kurukshetra.
