FRUIT SUGAR

If fruits are taken in proper proportion it does not alter blood sugar levels but if taken only fruits regularly in large quantity it may affect. The blood sugar level also depends on the fruit you are consuming such as banana, mango are rich in glucose amount. Some of the conditions may rise having too much of sugar-

Weight gain

Diabetes

Obesity

High cholesterols

Fatigue, tiredness.

You can control high glucose level by using Chandraprabha vati by planet Ayurveda as it is very effective in such conditions.
