What reduces cholesterol quickly in one week?
Few Gharelu Nushkhe(home remedies) which is running since ancient time from our ancestors are very effective in keeping our cholesterol in control and effective for our heart health. Although it’s not documented in any research or any paper.
- Raw Garlic with Honey- Take 2–3 cloves of raw garlic empty stomach with Honey and Warm Water and by chewing. This helps in reducing cholesterol, boost immunity, and keep gut healthy.
- Turemeric Powder with milk (low fat milk) at night- This also reduces cholesterol and has got anti-inflammatory property( which is documented and proven). This will reduce CRP and also keep your heart healthy.
- Take Sankhpushpi flower tea twice a day with lemon and Tulsi- It reduces non-esterified fatty acid and keep heart healthy. It’s also helpful in reducing stress and anxiety.
- Avoid Red meat and Oily food
- Daily workout- Combination of both Aerobic and Muscle training
- Fasting once a week or do intermittent fasting- It has got tremendous positive effect on our body. As during fasting AUTOPHAGY gets activated which act as antioxidants and free radicals scavenger. ( That’s why in our tradition fasting in any festivals or auspicious occasion had been included)
- Anulom Vilom - This help in increasing fresh oxygen in our body and which increases Oxidation of fat and thus help in burning fat.
- Proper sleep - 7–8 hr sleep help in rejuvenating our mind, soul and all organ of the body. Target of reducing cholesterol significantly within 7 day is not possible with these remedies but this is for whole life and long term goal of healthy heart and normal cholesterol.
