- First of all decide what to make
- Always use fresh coriander leaves.
- If the food is ever too salty or spicy, the taste can be managed by adding lemon and a pinch of sugar. And if it still doesn't taste good then you can add potatoes to it.
- Always add green vegetables last else they lose their colour.
- If you are making chapati or paratha, it is important to rest the dough.
- If there is less water in the gravy or the vegetables are not cooked, do not directly add tap water, first boil the water and then add it.
- It is very important to taste the food before serving it.
- Use utensils as per requirement because you will have to wash them later.
- If you are using curd in cooking then keep stirring it with a spoon till the oil comes to the top, otherwise the curd may curdle.
- Last but not the least, the most important thing is to clean the kitchen so that you have a fresh kitchen to work in the next da8y.
