LAWS OF COOKING

  1. First of all decide what to make
  2. Always use fresh coriander leaves.
  3. If the food is ever too salty or spicy, the taste can be managed by adding lemon and a pinch of sugar. And if it still doesn't taste good then you can add potatoes to it.
  4. Always add green vegetables last else they lose their colour.
  5. If you are making chapati or paratha, it is important to rest the dough.
  6. If there is less water in the gravy or the vegetables are not cooked, do not directly add tap water, first boil the water and then add it.
  7. It is very important to taste the food before serving it.
  8. Use utensils as per requirement because you will have to wash them later.
  9. If you are using curd in cooking then keep stirring it with a spoon till the oil comes to the top, otherwise the curd may curdle.
  10. Last but not the least, the most important thing is to clean the kitchen so that you have a fresh kitchen to work in the next da8y.
