POSTER OF THIS WEEK

NEEM & DIABETES

Diabetes is a serious disease. Patients suffering from this disease have to be constantly aware. Otherwise, some terrible physical problems will occur. The list includes some serious diseases like kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, heart attack, stroke and glaucoma. So we want to keep blood sugar under control. And the neem leaves at hand can help you in this task.

According to experts, the insulin hormone is less produced in the body of a diabetic patient or even if it is produced, it cannot work properly. This is why the blood sugar level increases. And if the blood sugar level is high for a long time, there is no end to the problem. In this case, various physical problems may arise.

But remember, it is possible to easily solve this problem thanks to the neem leaves that we have at hand. So neem leaves have been used for ages to reduce the incidence of honeydew disease. Even the ancient Indian scriptures of Ayurveda describe this in detail. So diabetic patients can stay healthy with neem leaves.

Sugar will reduce due to neem

You will not find another herb as highly beneficial as neem leaves. It contains several important antioxidants and flavonoids including glycosides and tryptopenoids. And these ingredients together help control blood sugar levels. In this context, a study published in NCBI has informed that neem has antidiabetic properties. And these ingredients can control blood sugar. So diabetic patients will benefit by eating neem leaves regularly.

Chew every morning

The practice of chewing neem leaves has been going on for ages. Studies have shown that regular consumption of neem leaves helps control blood sugar levels. So Ayurveda experts advise every sugar patient to chew a few neem leaves on an empty stomach every morning. Chewing neem leaves gives maximum benefits. Even the sugar level drops very quickly.

Neem leaf drink is very beneficial

If you want to treat complex problems like diabetes, you can make a drink of neem leaves and drink it. In this case, take a bowl of water. Drop some neem leaves in that water. Then wait for the water to boil. When the water starts boiling, you will see that the color of the water has turned light green. This means that your neem leaves are ready to drink. Then strain this drink and drink it at least twice a day. You will see that the sugar level has decreased. You can stay healthy effortlessly.

Do not stop taking medicine

The problem is, after reading this report, many people may stop taking medicine and start eating neem leaves. Don't make this mistake at all. Remember, neem leaves can only reduce sugar. But this leaf is not a substitute for diabetes medicine. So if you stop taking medicine because you are eating neem leaves, it can be very dangerous. So do not stop sugar medicine or insulin by any means.

30 minutes of exercise a day is a must if you want to keep a deadly disease like diabetes under control. In this case it is best to spend time in the gym. If gym is not possible then you can do aerobic exercise like cycling, swimming, jogging or walking. Through this you can escape from the trap of blood sugar. Even other parts of the body will be healthy.

WAYS TO OUTGROW ANYONE

BIG BANG THEORY FAILED!

If the Universe is supposed to be 13.7 Billion years old, why then has the James Webb telescope discovered a Galaxy that is 32 billion light years away? That means that the light would have traveled for much longer than the age of the universe!

The diameter of the universe is about 93 billion light years.

The light from galaxy GLASS-z12 has traveled 13.6 billion light years to us, while by now the galaxy is 33 billion light years away.

These distances greater than the 13.7 billion year age of the universe are possible because the universe itself is expanding greater than the speed of light.

THREE TYPES OF PEOPLE

THE 3 TYPES OF PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE..

1. The Leaf people

2. The Branch people

3. The Root people

LEAF PEOPLE:

These are people who come into your life just for a season. You can't depend on them because they are weak. They only come to take what they want, but if the wind comes they will leave.

You need to be careful of these people because they love you when things are okay, but when the wind comes they will leave you

BRANCH PEOPLE:

They are strong, but you need to be careful with them too. They break away when life becomes tough and they can't handle too much weight. They may stay with you in some seasons, but they will go when it becomes harder

ROOT PEOPLE: These people are very important because they don't do things to be seen. They are supportive even if you go through a difficult time they will water you and they are not moved by your position they just love you like that ..

It's not all people you meet or are your friends, that will stay with you.

Only the root type of people will stay no matter the season

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are a group of disorders that affect the heart and blood vessels, including conditions such as coronary artery disease, stroke, and heart failure. Several risk factors contribute to the development of CVDs, and adopting preventive measures can help reduce the likelihood of developing these conditions. Here are some common risk factors and preventive measures for cardiovascular diseases:

Risk Factors:

  1. High blood pressure: Hypertension is a significant risk factor for CVDs. Regular monitoring of blood pressure levels and taking appropriate measures to keep it within a healthy range is crucial.

Preventive Measures: Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet low in sodium, regular exercise, weight management, limiting alcohol consumption, and managing stress.

  1. High cholesterol levels: Elevated levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides can contribute to the development of CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Consuming a heart-healthy diet low in saturated and trans fats, maintaining a healthy weight, exercising regularly, and if necessary, taking medication prescribed by a healthcare professional to manage cholesterol levels.

  1. Tobacco use: Smoking and exposure to secondhand smoke increase the risk of developing CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Quitting smoking and avoiding exposure to secondhand smoke. Seek support from healthcare professionals, medications, counseling, or support groups if needed.

  1. Diabetes: Individuals with diabetes have a higher risk of developing CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Managing blood sugar levels through regular monitoring, adherence to prescribed medications, a healthy diet, regular exercise, and maintaining a healthy weight. Regular medical check-ups are essential for individuals with diabetes.

  1. Obesity and overweight: Excessive weight, especially around the waist, increases the risk of CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Maintaining a healthy weight through a balanced diet, portion control, regular physical activity, and lifestyle modifications. Consultation with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian can be beneficial.

  1. Physical inactivity: Lack of regular exercise or a sedentary lifestyle contributes to the risk of CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Engaging in moderate-intensity aerobic exercise for at least 150 minutes per week or vigorous-intensity aerobic exercise for 75 minutes per week, along with strength training exercises twice a week. Consult with a healthcare professional before starting an exercise program, especially if there are any pre-existing health conditions.

  1. Unhealthy diet: A diet high in saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, sodium, and added sugars can increase the risk of CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Adopting a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins (such as fish and poultry), and healthy fats (such as olive oil and avocados). Limiting processed foods, sugary beverages, and excessive salt intake.

  1. Family history: Having a family history of CVDs can increase the risk of developing these conditions.

Preventive Measures: While family history cannot be changed, individuals should be aware of their risk factors and take proactive measures to modify lifestyle habits and control other risk factors.

  1. Age and gender: As individuals age, the risk of CVDs increases. Men are at a higher risk of developing CVDs at an earlier age, although the risk for women increases after menopause.

Preventive Measures: Regular check-ups, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and following preventive measures throughout life can help reduce the impact of age and gender-related risk factors.

  1. Stress: Chronic stress can contribute to the development of CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Adopting stress management techniques such as regular exercise, relaxation techniques (e.g., deep breathing, meditation), engaging in hobbies, social support, and seeking professional help if needed.

It's important to note that

Preventive Measures: Limiting alcohol intake to moderate levels. For men, moderate alcohol consumption is generally considered up to two standard drinks per day, while for women, it is up to one standard drink per day. It's important to consult with a healthcare professional regarding alcohol consumption, especially if there are any underlying health conditions.

  1. Sleep disorders: Conditions like sleep apnea, insomnia, and sleep deprivation can contribute to the risk of CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Maintaining a regular sleep schedule, practicing good sleep hygiene, managing sleep disorders with medical interventions if necessary, and seeking professional help for underlying sleep issues.

  1. Chronic kidney disease: Impaired kidney function increases the risk of developing CVDs.

Preventive Measures: Managing kidney disease through regular monitoring, adherence to prescribed medications, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, controlling blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and following the recommended dietary restrictions for kidney health.

  1. Hormonal factors: Certain hormonal conditions, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in women and low testosterone levels in men, can contribute to CVD risk.

Preventive Measures: Seeking medical advice and appropriate management of hormonal conditions, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and controlling other cardiovascular risk factors.

  1. Air pollution: Exposure to air pollution, especially fine particulate matter (PM2.5), has been linked to an increased risk of CVDs.

FOOT MASSAGE ( FOOT REFLEXOLOGY )

Here’s Why It’s Very Important For You to Massage Your Feet Before Going to Bed

When was the last time you’ve visited your massage therapist?

How did it go? – Oh that felt good!

Massage is the best relaxation technique since forever.

It has very positive effect on your overall health and the best thing is that you can do it yourself.
Here’s Why It’s so Important For You to Massage Your Feet Before Going to Bed

If you didn’t know by now, massage:

– Improves the blood flow

– Stimulates the secretion of sweat

– Reduces fat

– Accelerates the blood flow through the issue

– Eliminates those acids that could cause cramps

How massaging your feet is connected to this?

Applying pressure on specific points of the feet affect the treatment of various diseases.

It really helps the organs to improve and maintain their good work for the organism.

It’s recommended to massage your feet every night before you go to bed.

The treatment shouldn’t take more than 15 minutes. In fact, the treatment is successful if it lasts 10 to 15 minutes.

If you didn’t skip your biology classes, I know I did, a very large number of nerve endings are concentrated exactly on the soles.

Their opposite ends are spread like a spider web all over your body.

This Is Why It Is Important To Massage Your Feet Before Going to Sleep!

Feet massage means healing.

When you massage them you are doing more than just stimulating your feet.

You are stimulating the work of other parts of the body.

Pressing your thumbs on specific points will do the trick for every single organ to get the special treatment.

With that being said, we can clearly see why our feet play a huge role in the nervous system of the body.

Press firmly on the specific point for a few seconds and you are good to go to the other point.
