DREAMS

 

  • Around 12 percent of people dream in black and white.
  • We can't read, write, or speak while dreaming.
  • We forget up to 95% of all dreams shortly after waking.
  • Men and Women Have Different Dream Themes.
  • People who are born blind, or become blind early in life (before around five or seven years of age), do not experience visual imagery when they dream.
  • On an average, you can see more than 4 and up to 7 dreams in one night.
  • The length of dreams varies, some last for seconds, others can be as long as 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Minds cannot invent faces especially in the dream, The faces you see in your dreams are probably those of people you already know or have seen before.
  • Most of your muscles become paralyzed during REM sleep to prevent you from acting out your dreams.
  • You’re more likely to have pleasant dreams if you’re experiencing low stress and feel satisfied in your real life.
  • Every human being dreams (except in cases of extreme psychological disorder). If you think you are not dreaming, You just forget your dreams.
