CREATIVITY....51 (16 habits of creative people.....9)
A new idea is delicate. It can be killed by a sneer or a yawn. It can be stabbed to death by a quip and worried to death by a right man’s brow – a businessman Charles Brower
The ability to hold off on judging or critiquing an idea is important in the process of creativity. Often great ideas start as crazy ones - if critique is applied too early the idea will be killed and never developed into something useful and useable.
This doesn’t mean there is no room for critique or judgment in the creative process but there is a time and place for it and creative people recognize that.

"People smoke or drink for a few days and become ADDICTED!
I am studying since childhood STILL NOT ADDICTED to studies !!!
This is called "SELF CONTROL"
Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.
Everyone has photographic memory; some just don't have the film.
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils .
What you call dog with no legs?
Don't matter what you call him, he ain't gonna come.
I told the doctor I broke my leg in two places. He told me to quit going to those places.
Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.
Constantly choosing the lesser of two evils is still choosing evil.
He who laughs last didn't get it.

CREATIVITY....50 (16 habits of creative people.....8)
Creative people generally have a deeply held belief that most, if not all, problems can be solved. No challenge is too big to be overcome.
This doesn’t mean they are always happy and never depressed. They do have their bad moments but they don’t generally get stumped by a challenge.

STORY WITH MORAL....59
There is an old story about a fellow who lived alone and went to a pet store to buy a parrot. He thought the bird might fill some of his lonely hours. The very next day, however, he came back to complain, "That bird doesn't talk."
The store owner asked if he had a mirror in its cage, and the man said he didn't. "Oh, parrots love mirrors," he explained. "When he sees his reflection in the mirror, he'll just start talking away." So he sold him a birdcage mirror.
The bird owner was back the next day to gripe that his parrot still hadn't said a word. "That's very peculiar," allowed the pet expert. "How about a swing? Birds really love these little swings, and a happy parrot is a talkative parrot." So the man bought a swing, took it home, and installed it in the cage.
But he was back the next day with the same story. "Does he have a ladder to climb?" the salesman asked. "That just has to be the problem. Once he has a ladder, he'll probably talk your ear off!" So the fellow bought a ladder.
The man was back at the pet store when it opened the next day. From the look on his face, the owner knew something was wrong. "Didn't your parrot like the ladder?" he asked. His repeat customer looked up and said, "The parrot died."
"I'm so sorry," the stunned businessman said. "Did he ever say anything?"
"Well, yes. He finally talked just before he died. In a weak little voice, he asked me, "Don't they sell any bird seed at that pet store?'"
Some of us have mistakenly thought that happiness consists of lining our cages with toys, gadgets, and other stuff. Excessive consumption has become the hallmark of our life. "Whoever has the most toys wins" seems to be the likely candidate to be the bumper sticker for an entire culture. But is it so?
There is a spiritual hunger in the human heart that can't be satisfied by seeing one's own image reflected back in vanity mirrors, playing with our grown-up toys, or climbing the corporate ladder. Our hearts need real nourishment. The love of family and friends, relationships over the pursuit of more things, personal integrity, a secure connection to God --these are the things that feed the soul.
Have you chosen a life course that leads to a destination that matters?

Several weeks after a young man had been hired, he was called into the personnel
director's office. 'What is the meaning of this?' the director asked. 'When you

discovered this is the first job you've ever held.' 'Well,' the young man
replied, 'in your advertisement you said you wanted somebody with imagination.'
TWO DIFFICULT THINGS TO ACHIEVE:
1. To plant your ideas in someone else's head.
2. To put someone else's money in your own pocket.
The one who succeeds in the first one is called a TEACHER.
And the second is called a BUSINESSMAN.
The one who succeeds in both is called a WIFE. The one who fails in both is called a HUSBAND!!!

LOVE...
Warm Embrace
Kari Johnston
How I yearn for his warm embrace
Tears fall down my face
Can you see in my eyes
How much I hate our goodbyes
I think about you all the time
I know in the end we will be just fine.
Touch me..Love me..be with me
the way we are suppose to be
I've always wanted to be with you
and do the things that lovers do
Tell me you want to be with me
and that we were meant to be
Precious pain go away
Please don't come back another day
Dreaming of you
is all I do
This fire I feel...sparks...heat ...exotic...burning inside
My feelings for you I cannot hide
wishing..hoping....yearning..wanting..needing you near
Oh god can you tell how much I want you dear
I can't pretend anymore
It's you...whom I adore
It's you whom I've been longing for
I just want to give you my love..my heart
and I never want us to be apart
In the moonlight I wish on the stars that you were here
instead of being there.
One day I will feel your warm embrace
and no more tears will fall down from my face.

INCREASE YOUR ENERGY
INCREASE YOUR PHYSICAL
&
MENTAL ENERGY
If you’re drinking energy drinks for the reason most people do -- to get more energy; know that there are far superior options than artificial energy drinks.
Humans are not naturally sluggish or constantly tired. This lethargic state is something that many of us have brought on ourselves.
Your lack of energy is likely due to a combination of factors including:
- Poor food choices
- Low-quality food
- Stressful lifestyle
- Negative emotions
- Lack of sleep
- Lack of exercise
Increasing your energy levels, then, is as easy as remedying these factors by:
- Eating right for your nutritional type
- Increasing your intake of omega-3 fats
- Eliminating grains and sugars from your diet
- Releasing emotional stress and negativity with the Emotional FreedomTechnique (EFT)
- Sleeping when you’re tired
- Exercising

They say that marriage makes a man dizzy, and it's true.. As soon as I got a wife, I lost my balance at the bank.
Men want 3 qualities in wives: Economist in kitchen, artist in home & devil in bed.
But they get artist in kitchen, devil in home & economist in bed.
Q: Why do women live longer than men?
A: Shopping never causes heart attacks, but paying the bill does!
Before marriage: Roses are red, sky is blue. You're beautiful, I love you.
After marriage: Roses are dead, I'm blue. You're my headache, one day I'll kill you.
Getting married is very much like going to a restaurant with friends.
You order what you want, and then when you see what the other person has, you wish you had ordered that.

Creative people realize the value of an idea. They do not take any chance with something so important. They carry a small notepad to note down ideas whenever they occur.
Many times, just because they have a notepad and are looking for ideas to jot down, they can spot ideas which they would have otherwise missed.

STORY WITH MORAL....58
A distinguished lady, noted for the fine family from which she came, was once presented at the court of the Queen of Holland. Later, the wife of a minor government official asked her how she happened to know the proper way to behave, before a queen. I really didn't know," the woman replied. "But I have only one set of manners and I use them all the time."
We should have one set of manners, too. We should always be gentle, kind and most of all, loving. Treat the rich and the poor, the attractive and the unattractive all the same, because each is a reflection of God Himself. And how you treat them, is a reflection of what kind of a person you are

Creative people, on the other hand, are problem-friendly. They just roll up their sleeves when faced with a problem. They see problems as opportunities to improve the quality of life. Being faced with a problem is never a problem.
You get dirty and take a bath every day. You get tired and relax every day. Similarly, you have problems that need to be solved every day. Life is a fascinating rhythm of problems and solutions.
To be problem-averse is to be life-averse. To be problem-friendly is to be life-friendly. Problems come into your life to convey some message. If you run away from them, you miss the message.

LOVE...
LOVE OR SELFISHNESS
When you have love for others, you will have good wishes for them. Your desire to change them will then be for their good and not for your own selfishness. Others will quickly respond to your unselfish love and you will find them changing.
Think of one person you want to bring about a change in. Before you think of changing that person let there be a lot of love for that person in your mind. Also make sure the change you want in the other person is for his own good and not for your own selfish reason

CREATIVITY....43 (16 habits of creative people.....1)
Many people believe that creativity is inborn and only a chosen few are creative. While it is true that creativity is inborn, it is not true that only a chosen few are creative.
Everyone is born creative. In the process of growing up, educating yourself and adapting yourself to your environment, you slowly add blocks to your creativity and forget that you had it in the first place.
The difference between a creative person and a person who is not so creative is not in the creativity that they were born with but in the creativity that they have lost.
How can you enhance your creative ability? One possible way is to observe the habits of creative people, identify the ones that you feel will work for you and then make a plan to cultivate them.
Here are 16 habits of creative people. If you cultivate some of them, you will feel an increase in your level of creativity. In the process, you will also feel tickled by life!
1. Creative people are full of curiosity.
Creative people are wonderstruck. They are tickled by the newness of every moment. They have lots of questions. They keep asking what, why, when, where and how.
A questioning mind is an open mind. It is not a knowing mind. Only an open mind can be creative. A knowing mind can never be creative.
A questioning stance sensitizes the mind in a very special way and it is able to sense what would have been missed otherwise.

The day after tomorrow's yesterday is tomorrow
The day before yesterday's day after tomorrow
And the day after tomorrow's day before yesterday
Are both today
The day after tomorrow's tomorrow
And the day before yesterday's yesterday
Are both too far away
Todays turn into yesterdays
Tomorrow never comes
I think my tomorrow is today
Or maybe it was yesterday
Damn
I'm not sure which is which, anyway
So this is all I have left to say
Don't worry about the future
Don't turn your mind to the past
Just live this moment while it lasts

And don't forget
Today's today is today
Where does all the time go?

WHY EXERCISE IN THE MORNING?
TOP 10 REASONS TO EXERCISE IN THE MORNING
- Greg Landry
If I had to pick a single factor that I thought was most important in a successful exercise or weight loss program, it would be to exercise first thing in the morning - every morning! Some mornings, you may just be able to fit in a 10 minute walk, but it's important to try to do something every morning.
So why mornings?...
1. Over 90% of people who exercise 'consistently', exercise in the morning. If you want to exercise consistently, odds are in your favor if you exercise first thing in the morning.
2. When you exercise early in the morning, it "jump starts" your metabolism and keeps it elevated for hours, sometimes up to 24 hours! That means you're burning more calories all day long just because you exercised in the morning!
3. When you exercise in the morning you'll be *energized* for the day! Personally, I feel dramatically different on days when I have and haven't exercised in the morning.
4. Many people find that morning exercise "regulates" their appetite for the day - that they aren't as hungry and that they make better food choices. Several people have told me that it puts them in a "healthy mindset."
5. If you exercise at about the same time every morning, and ideally wake-up at about the same time on a regular basis, your body's endocrine system and circadian rhythms adjust to that. Physiologically, some wonderful things begin to happen; A couple of hours *before* you awaken, your body begins to prepare for waking and exercise because it "knows" it's about to happen. Why? Because it "knows" you do the same thing just about everyday. You benefit from that in several ways..
a) It's MUCH easier to wake-up. When you wake-up at different times everyday, it confuses your body and thus it's never really "prepared" to awaken. b) Your metabolism and all the hormones involved in activity and exercise begin to elevate while you're sleeping. Thus, you feel more alert, energized, and ready to exercise when you do wake-up. c) Hormones prepare your body for exercise by regulating blood pressure, heart rate, blood flow to muscles, etc.
6. For many people, that appointed time every morning becomes something they look forward to. It's time they've set aside to do something good for themselves - to take care of their body, mind, and soul. Many find that it's a great time to think clearly, pray, plan their day, or just relax mentally.
7. Research has demonstrated that exercise increases mental acuity. On average it lasts four to ten hours after exercise! No sense in wasting that brain power while you're sleeping. :)
8. Exercise first thing in the morning is really the only way to assure that something else won't crowd exercise out of your schedule. When your days get hectic, exercise usually takes a back seat!
9. If finding time to exercise is difficult, anyone can get up 30 to 60 minutes earlier to exercise (if it's a priority in your life). If necessary, you can go to sleep a little earlier. Also, research has demonstrated that people who exercise on a regular basis have a higher quality of sleep and thus require less sleep!

STORY WITH MORAL...57
There
was a farmer who grew award-winning corn. Each year he entered his corn in the
state fair where it won a blue ribbon...
One year a newspaper reporter interviewed him and learned something interesting about how he grew it.
The reporter discovered that the farmer shared his seed corn with his neighbors.
"How can you afford to share your best seed corn with your neighbors when they are entering corn in competition with yours each year?" the reporter
asked.
"Why sir," said the farmer, "don't you know? The wind picks up pollen from the ripening corn and swirls it from field to field.
If my neighbors grow inferior corn, cross-pollination will steadily degrade the quality of my corn. If I am to grow good corn, I must help my neighbors grow good corn."
He is very much aware of the connectedness of life. His corn cannot improve unless his neighbour’s corn also improves.
So it is in other dimensions. Those who choose to be at peace must help their neighbors to be at peace.
Those who choose to live well must help others to live well, for the value of a life is measured by the lives it touches.
And those who choose to be happy must help others to find happiness for the welfare of each is bound up with the welfare of all.
