What are the best resources for professional development and continuous learning?
Resources are not everything; it's the need or fear that allows professional development to take place. The need for an increment in the bank balance and the fear of losing a job are crucial motivators, and personally, I prefer the second one.
Books are at the top of the list, and if a professional doesn't know how to read, then they are a fake and dependent professional. Additionally, there are online platforms like Coursera, Skillshare, Udemy, and YouTube.
However, 99% of the requirement is a disciplined environment managed by disciplined people, where you can learn impossible things.
