Para Brahman is beyond all descriptions and conceptualizations.
Para Brahman is the Supreme Divine Absolute Being or Universal Spirit that encompasses the totality of all existence. It is all things in the universe, and is beyond the universe (and all universes). It “creates” all things by manifesting as them; it sustains all things; it “destroys” all things by changing the nature of their manifestation into different forms. Thus it is the Self of all, and the source, course, and ultimate goal. It is the highest reality, eternal and infinite. It is therefore not just merely omniscient, omnipresent, and omnipotent, but beyond these. It is not just omniscient; all knowledge is It. It is not just omnipresent; the very notion of “presence” exists within It. It is not just omnipotent; It is power itself.
Brahman has Nirguna and Saguna aspects. Nirguna means “without qualities” in the sense that it is formless, nameless, impersonal, and purely transcendental. It is beyond all illusions of Maya. It is simply the essential, irreducible nature of Brahman, which is Sat-Chit-Anandam - Being, Consciousness, and Joy, all of them infinite and eternal.
Saguna Parabrahman has qualities. So I have said that all things in the universe are manifestations of Brahman - but they are partial, finite manifestations, like water scooped from the ocean into cups. Saguna Parabrahman also takes full manifestations. The full manifestation of Saguna Parabrahman has name, form, and can manifest as a person - an ultimate Divine Superperson or God. This is not just a cupful of water, but is a holistic personification of the entire ocean, so to speak.
In Ganapatya Dharma, Mahaganapati is Parabrahman.
In Shakta Dharma, Adi Parashakti is Parabrahman.
In Shaiva Dharma, Parama Shiva is Parabrahman.
In Kashmiri Shaiva Dharma, Swachhanda Bhairava is Parabrahman.
In Vaishnava Dharma, Mahavishnu is Parabrahman, or sometimes Shri Krishna or Shri Rama.
In Saura Dharma, Surya Bhagavan is Parabrahman.
In Kaumaram Dharma, Kartikeya is Parabrahman.
In Smarta Dharma (which I myself follow), all of the above are equally Parabrahman - not just collectively, but each of them individually is fully Parabrahman, like one Being putting on different masks and playing different roles (even sometimes playing multiple of them simultaneously such that they interact with each other).
