USE THIS SCHEDULE ,IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE

Daily:

  • • 9pm-9am: No social media.
  • 20 minutes: Work-out +Sun time+Meditation.
  • 5 minutes: Morning & Evening stretch.
  • • Water intake: 4 Liter.

Weekly

• 1 date night with yourself/partner.

• 1 guilt-free lazy night, no phones.

• 1 hour mental health session (a deep convo with your partner / best friend).

Monthly

  • 1 weekend completely free of work.
  • • 1 declutter day.
  • • 1 wellness day (ideas: sleep in, massage, haircut, etc.).
