• 1 guilt-free lazy night, no phones.
• 1 hour mental health session (a deep convo with your partner / best friend).
Monthly
- 1 weekend completely free of work.
- • 1 declutter day.
- • 1 wellness day (ideas: sleep in, massage, haircut, etc.).
