BE A MENTALLY STRONG PERSON
• Take 15 minutes a day to self-reflect.
Talking to yourself is the key.
Self-talk and self-reflection will make you a better person.
• Do at least one thing that challenges you everyday.
Be it reading a book or running that extra mile or lifting that extra set of weights…
Push your limits.
• Give up a bad habit.
Leaving a bad habit is not easy but is 100% worth it.
Bad habits are like leeches.
Not good for you.
• Develop positive self-talk.
Self-talk is your internal dialogue.
It's influenced by your subconscious mind, and it reveals your thoughts, beliefs, questions, and ideas.
• Identify challenges and set goals.
The goal-setting process can be tricky.
As much as satisfaction and happiness one derives upon realising their goal, the entire process and the stages can be quite demoralising especially when one is faced with certain challenges.
• Identify your strengths and weaknesses.
What are you good at?
What aren't you good at?
Ask these questions and look for answers.
• Journal daily.
Daily journaling is the act of thinking about your life and writing it down each day.
No more, no less.
It's surprisingly simple, and profoundly powerful, and yet hardly anyone does it.
• Write down 10 ideas everyday.
Ideas might hit your head when you're about to sleep, or you're working out or even you're getting a shower.
Just make sure that you write them down.
• Take care of your physical health.
Health is wealth.
This statement says it all.
• Create a healthy environment.
Your peers decide your productivity.
Make sure you're a part of a healthy and friendly environment.
• Do not overcomplicate.
Build unbreakable discipline, and a winning mindset.

LEARN TO CONTROL ANY SITUATION
1. When someone answers your questions partially, wait. Don't interrupt. Chances are high that they will complete the answer when you say nothing.
2. When you want to get something from someone, frame it as an offer/opportunity instead of a request. Anyone will be ready to accept an offer/opportunity.
3. When you meet people, notice their eye color while you smile at them. Don't mention anything about it. It's a good way to make sure that you really look them in the eyes.
4. A person's name is the sweetest sound in the world to that person. To make a person feel very special, remember and repeat their name.
5. Have zero expectations when you are first trying something new, it prevents disappointment.
6. To judge a person's character, notice the way they treat people - who can't do anything for them.
7. After you state your position in a negotiation. Wait for a while. If you continue to speak, you are not speaking in your favour.
8. Chewing gum while doing nerve-racking things calm your brain.
9. When you are learning something, teach someone about it. You will remember it easily and explore more in the process of teaching.
10.Most people's favourite subject to talk about is themselves. If you don't know what to talk about, or have awkward silence, just ask them questions.
11. Emotional expression causes emotion. If you force yourself to smile, your mood will actually improve.
12. Stand up straight. It makes you look more confident and you will actually feel more confident.
13. With kids, frame things in a way that always gives them a choice. It makes them feel like they are in control. For eg, "Do you want to wear red shirt or blue shirt?" Either way, they know it's time to put on a shirt.
14. When asking for favours use the word "because. 'No matter how simple the reason. The word "because." makes them think it must be okay because there is a reason.
SOLAR SYSTEM
The solar system has one star, eight planets, five officially recognized dwarf planets, at least 290 moons, more than 1.3 million asteroids, and about 3,900 comets. It is located in an outer spiral arm of the Milky Way galaxy called the Orion Arm, or Orion Spur. Our solar system orbits the center of the galaxy at about 515,000 mph (828,000 kph). It takes about 230 million years to complete one orbit around the galactic center.
We call it the solar system because it is made up of our star, the Sun, and everything bound to it by gravity – the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune; dwarf planets Pluto, Ceres, Makemake, Haumea, and Eris – along with hundreds of moons; and millions of asteroids, comets, and meteoroids. Our solar system is the only one we know of that has a planet that supports life. So far, we only know of life on Earth, but we’re looking for life on other worlds
