The goal of the HR department is to put right person in the right place and at the right time. If a person is not able to perform, firing is not the solution, the right HR system emphasize on retention, so employees' issues are need to be taken seriously and their problems need to be discussed. The HR needs to put the person in the right comfort zone in order to discuss his problems with the work environment or the work culture. Always remember! A happy worker is an efficient worker. If the HR is himself the right person in the right place, he will definitely put the right people in right job at the right time.
