BANANA


Eating one or two banannas are very good as banannas contains Potassium,Phosporous,Manganese Magnesium,Niacin,Riboflavin,Iron,Calcium,Vitamin B6,C,antioxidants and fibres.People with Diabetics should eat bananna in moderation. Eating too much of bananna may lead to weight gain and affect the metabolism in the body.Eating too many banannas can raise the level of Potassium and lead to Hyper anemia and affect the working of the heart.Sportsman can eat up to three banannas will provide lots of energy and boost the stamina.
