VITAMIN C

Most fruits are generally good sources of vitamin C, but there are a few that have lower amounts compared to others. Here are some fruits that are relatively lower in vitamin C content:

🍌Banana: While bananas are a nutritious fruit, they are not particularly high in vitamin C. A medium-sized banana typically contains about 10% of the daily recommended intake of vitamin C. LKN lets know everything

Papaya: Although papayas are a good source of vitamin C, they are not as rich in this vitamin as some other fruits. One medium-sized papaya provides approximately 100% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

🥭Mango: Mangoes are delicious tropical fruits, but their vitamin C content is relatively moderate. A medium-sized mango contains around 60% of the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

🥑Avocado: Avocado is a unique fruit that is highly nutritious but not known for its vitamin C content. A medium-sized avocado generally has very little vitamin C.

🥥Coconut: While coconut is a versatile fruit widely used in various forms, such as fresh coconut, coconut water, or coconut milk, it is not a significant source of vitamin C. Its vitamin C content is relatively low.

🍁Keep in mind that even though these fruits may be lower in vitamin C compared to others, they still offer numerous other health benefits and are valuable additions to a balanced diet. If you are looking to increase your vitamin C intake, consider including fruits such as oranges, strawberries, kiwi, guava, and citrus fruits, as they are excellent sources of this essential vitamin C.
