What can I do for 5 minutes a day that will make my life better in one year?
- Close your eyes, head down and rotate it 360 degree 6 times clockwise and then anti-clockwise to destress yourself every morning. (20 seconds)
- Give a smile to everyone you have an eye contact with. (Around 20 seconds)
- Give a tight hug to the person you love the most when you see them. (Around 10 seconds)
- Thank God for a happy and undisturbed day every night before sleeping (10 seconds)
- Keep your utensils in sink after having a meal. (30 seconds)
- Remember the most important tasks of the day while sitting in toilet in morning. (30 seconds)
- Wash your mouth after every meal. (30 seconds)
- Hold your breath for 30 seconds in morning and then release it to realize its value.
- Give at least one simple subtle compliment to your life partner so that they feel good about themselves. (15 seconds)
- Look at yourself in mirror for 30 seconds and appreciate your existence. (The way you are)
- Think before sleeping what tasks were left incomplete and set priorities for the next day. (30 seconds)
- Just ask yourself if you did anything for your long term goals today or not, simply answer “yes” or “no” (10 seconds)
- Think about the worst reason for stress in your present life and shout in your mind 3 times“I don't care!”. (15 seconds)
- Think about the best thing in your life as of today and smile just before going into bed every night. (20 seconds)
