CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN 6 MONTHS

How did you change your life in 6 months?

1) Try to wake up at 6 am everyday, it'll surely change your life.

2) Do the exercise for at least 30 minute daily, it'll surely change your life.

3) Set clear goals and write them in your own diary.

4) Everyday make a To-do List and work towards achieving your goals everyday.

5) Even with the best plans in the world, nothing happens until you take action to reach your goals.

6) Developing positive habits is one of the most effective ways to transform your life.

7) Surround yourself with positive influence, people who inspire you, and share your vision and goals. Conversely, avoid negative influences that bring you down or distract you from your goals.

8) Stop using social media most importantly. Deactivate your FB & Instagram account. Use Quora rather.

9) No more late night (1 AM ) conversations.

10) Take care of yourself physically, mentally & emotionally.

11) Think long term, be patient, and focus on the process, not the results.
