Laugher is a jogging for the mind and the heart,
Why not you then laugh from the core of your heart?

Can enjoy a sound sleep and keep the doctor away.

Highest form of laughter is to laugh at own follies,
Lowest form is to laugh at other’s follies.

Humor is a natural way to heal body and mind,
A best way to decrease stress from the mind.
