The first law of logic is to establish identity, and confirm we are discussing the same thing.
So it all depends on what you mean by “God”. This term has many different connotations and associations depending upon one’s theological perspective.
For the three Abrahamic religions the term “God” primarily connotes a “Creator”, i.e. A Personal Deity who is separate from his creation which he created from nothing. If this is what you mean by “Brahman” or “Parabrahman” then the term “God” does not apply.
BRAHMAN literally means the “Great Expanse” or the “Totality-of-Being” or the “Immensity” and comprises Space-time and Consciousness - THAT in which everything has its Being. In other words the Universe itself is BRAHMAN,
Hindu metaphysics rejects “Creationism” and accepts “Emanationism” - so matter - i.e. atoms, quarks, quanta, fields particles etc. are all emanations of BRAHMAN and not creations.
Sometimes the term BRAHMAN refers to pantheism and PARA-BRAHMAN to Panentheism.
P.S. among these three models - the first one is adopted by the Dualistic schools of Hindu philosophy.
It appears the great Albert Einstein was a Pantheist.
