STRESS MAKES YOU SICK

Chronic stress can lead to various health issues, including insomnia, panic attacks, chest pain, muscle tension, upset stomach, acid reflux, lack of focus, hair loss, fatigue, increased heart rate, adrenal fatigue, and reduced sexual drive. These symptoms can disrupt sleep patterns, cause anxiety disorders, cause chest pain, and cause muscle tension. Chronic stress can also affect the digestive system, leading to symptoms like indigestion, acid reflux, and gastrointestinal issues. It can impair concentration, focus, and memory, affecting productivity and cognitive function. Hair loss can occur due to telogen effluvium, a condition where hair prematurely enters the shedding phase. Fatigue and low energy can result from stress, while increased heart rate and blood pressure can contribute to cardiovascular issues. Adrenal fatigue can result from stress straining the adrenal glands, leading to extreme tiredness and burnout. Finally, stress can reduce sexual drive, affecting libido and sexual desire. To manage stress, it is essential to consult a healthcare professional for a thorough evaluation and appropriate management.
