CAPSICUM or BELL PEPPER

How to use this in a healthy way :-

INGREDIENTS :-

  • Capsicum - 2 big
  • Sprouted chick pea - 100 gm
  • Chopped Tomato - 50 gm
  • Onion - 1
  • Pepper powder - as needed
  • Salt - as needed
  • Olive oil - 2 Tsp

METHOD :-

  • Cook sprouted chick pea along with little shallots and salt.
  • Keep aside.
  • Put a pan on the stove add olive oil.
  • Then add chopped onion and chopped tomato.
  • Saute it for 2 - 3 minutes.
  • To this add cooked sprouted chick pea along with pepper powder and salt.
  • Mix it well.
  • Turn off the flame.
  • Cut the top of the capsicum. Fill this chick pea mix.
  • Bake this.
  • Tasty, filling, nutritious food is ready to serve.
