MICRO HABITS TO MAKE LIFE BETTER IN 2024

 Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning.

  • Make your bed as soon as you get out of bed.
  • Write down three things you're grateful for each day.
  • Take a few deep breaths before you start your day.
  • Spend five minutes meditating or doing mindfulness exercises.
  • Set a goal for the day, even if it's a small one.
  • Do one thing each day that makes you happy.
  • Take a 10-15 minute walk each day.
  • Read for 10-15 minutes before bed.
  • Turn off electronic devices 30 minutes before bed.
  • Spend 5-10 minutes stretching in the morning.
  • Listen to a podcast or audiobook during your commute.
  • Smile at yourself in the mirror.
  • Call or text a friend or family member to check in.
