ONE WITH UNIVERSE

When you START BEING and STOP DOING”.

You become one with the Universe.

Being is a sense of feeling present to exactly who you are in this moment.

When you are present to each moment in your waking life with an open heart, you notice the colors, smells, textures and other nuances of life that you would otherwise miss if you were busy worrying about the future.

When you move your focus from your head to your heart, you open up a whole new way of Being that is centered in love, enjoyment, forgiveness and understanding.

Honour your strengths, forgive your past and be grateful.

Be like nature. Learn to flow with life and everything will fall into place .🤍

NO 1 OBSTACLE TO ENLIGHTENMENT

The number one obstacle to enlightenment is trying to attain enlightenment.

Enlightenment is a present fact, not a distant goal.

When you sit quietly, you realize “you” are not there, and there is only stillness and peace.

You try to get “yourself” to validate this incredible discovery.

But “your self” would rather pursue stillness through its own approved program of activities.

Seeking stillness through activity is redundant and impossible, of course.

You can’t stop juggling by juggling.

This is why enlightenment isn’t a spiritual goal to be attained through spiritual striving.

It’s seeing through the sense of estrangement that causes such striving in the first place.

Enlightenment is the spiritual equivalent of not having a headache, or forgetting what you and your partner were arguing about.

ENLIGHTENMENT

The “you” which you have mentioned in the question dissolves in the “being”, all pervading “Consciousness” in the moment of spiritual awakening.

There is No-body that witness this moment of awakening but the mind and ego itself.

The experience get Stored in the mind and so the “illusionary self” may recall that experience at any time.

My experience:- I laughed at whatever I did in my past for attaining Enlightenment. I laughed because I was searching outside for something that I always have.

Buddha's experience:- He laughed for seven continuous days at his hard attempt to attain it .

What is Enlightenment?

It is death of an ego which try hard to attain enlightenment and finally realises that it is always that, never an inch seperated.

Is seeking it wrong?

No, seek it , understand it and then with right understanding it is realised that “you” are always Enlightened.

Enlightenment is the most beautiful experience in life because “you” not the “true self” try hard to attain it , read scriptures, listen to youtube videos in order to understand it but in the end “you” the illusionary self realises that “you” are always that. “You “ laugh at what you were doing for attaining it .

ENLIGHTENING MOMENT

One of the best moments when you meet your true self. When you experience something inexplicable, you were restless for a long time to get united with your beloved God.

There is a quote, “There are 2 kinds of rain. One which occurs outside, one which occurs inside. When it occurs inside, your whole psyche feel the ecstasy.”

I must tell you when it happened to me, I entered in complete silence. My eyes were never like that, it was full of light, and I entered in complete silence. I wasn't able to speak, it was such a beautiful moment and I savoured it.

Then I came to know why awakened people said nothing more about it because it is your own experience, and everyone will experience it and then they can understand this moment.

WHY ENLIGHTENMENT SO DIFFICULT?

Till the time, aspirations are alive, it will be difficult to realize.

It is a fact, whatever we are indulged in, we will be accustomed in that. We will contemplate about the same, we will live our life in the same direction.

Always remember you will keep taking birth until you experience enlightenment.

This is the goal of human life, but one can achieve it when someone is not obsessed to achieve enlightenment.

Even we think or aspire to ACHIEVE the same, we can’t realize it. It enters in profound tranquility.

HIDDEN MEANING BEHIND ALL EVENTS

You attract as per your frequency and what you need most to heal. Don’t over run the relationship or pattern and release once you have learned the lessons. Things happens for a reason.

ENLIGHTENMENT

Some people wonder if they are enlightened because they do not know. If you are enlightened, is it easy to know, since you never suffer while being alive? A person will not suffer when they feel unlimited happiness all the time.

Without suffering there is no spiritual awakening. It is only the suffering which will force you to go within to seek answers for “Why Me God” when the life will turn upside down for whatever reasons. It is because of the intense pain, trauma and life’s suffering you connect to the universal spiritual realm who will guide you in the entire spiritual process till your last breath.

True enlightenment and spiritual awakening can only occur when you stop seeking solutions outside of your own reality in places like temples, religious rituals, cults, and societies, and when you stop attributing traumas and bad luck to the outside world or your own life circumstances. Instead, you begin accepting who you are from the depths of your soul.

Enlightenment occurs when you begin to connect the dots between your life's events and perceive your life from a big picture perspective. These personal life "dots" provide the solutions to a lot of your questions and unfair events. You begin your soul search for solutions within yourself by establishing a connection with and activating your soul consciousness (Intuition or sixth sense) with the ONE universal consciousness, often known as Christ, Shiva, or Allah consciousness.

When you realize that God is present within of you in the "I AM" or "Aham Bhramasmi" state, you have reached enlightenment.

An enlightened person will feel blessed and drop all the fears that are preventing them from moving forward on their spiritual path once they realize they were never alone in this life, even when life was unfair to them, and they were guided by the divine itself.

Fear is the opposite of love; why worry when the divine is guiding you?

Be Happy enlightened spirits! Let Go and Let God!

ENLIGHTENMENT ...5

When Minister Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas Senate, everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what they heard:

"Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, "Woe to those who call evil good", but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.

We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery.
We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare...
We have killed our unborn and called it choice.
We have shot anti-abortionists and called it justifiable.
We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem.
We have abused power and called it politics.
We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition.
We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression.
We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment.

Search us, Oh, God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and set us free. Amen!"

The response was immediate. A number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest.

In 6 short weeks, Central Christian Church, where Rev. Wright is pastor, logged more than 5,000 phone calls with only 47 of those calls responding negatively.

The church is now receiving international requests for copies of this prayer from India , Africa and Korea .

Commentator Paul Harvey aired this prayer on his radio program, "The Rest of the Story," and received a larger response to this program than any other he has ever aired.

With the Lord's help, may this prayer sweep over our nation and whole-heartedly become our desire so that we again can be called: "one nation under God."

Ego's tricks

"One of the great dangers of transformational work is that the ego attempts to sidestep deep psychological work by leaping into the transcendent too soon. This is because the ego always fancies itself much more 'advanced' than it actually is."

-- Don Richard Riso and Russ Hudson

The Tibetan teacher, Chogyam Trungpa, warned of the trap of spiritual materialism. He says we must be ever diligent to spot the ego's use of the spiritual journey to further its own ends.

We may think it's spiritual to yearn for divine connection. And yet, if the longing is to fill an emptiness inside, just how does this differ from the one who yearns for money or possessions to fill the inner void? Do we look to our spiritual practices as proof of our evolved consciousness or as protection against fears?

Any time we use spiritual disciplines to maintain our identity and security, we are not yet on the path of genuine spiritual development.

"Enlightenment is ego's ultimate disappointment."

-- Chögyam Trungpa

ENLIGHTENMENT ...3

There was once a group of learned Buddhist monks who spent all their time in scholastic debate. As part of their banter they would often wonder, half-joking, half-seriously, which one of them would attain enlightenment first.

Whenever this topic came up, the only thing they could all agree on was that it would not be Stupid, the illiterate monk who was capable only of sweeping the monastery floor and whom nobody has any time for.

Of course, it was Stupid who got enlightened first. The jealous monks went to the Abbot. How come Stupid had attained enlightenment first? Had he been overhearing their intellectual conversations?

“Not at all,” replied the Abbot.

“It’s just that while he was sweeping
the corners of the monastery he made
sure he was also sweeping the corners
of his mind.”

ENLIGHTENMENT ...2

GUIDELINES FOR ENLIGHTENMENT
 Swami Beyondananda

1. Be a Fundamentalist--make sure the Fun always comes before the mental. Realize that life is a situation comedy that will never be canceled. A laugh track has been provided, and the reason why we are put in the material world is to get more material. Have a good laughsitive twice a day, and that will ensure regularhilarity.

2. Remember that each of us has been given a special gift, just for entering - so you are already a winner!

3. The most powerful tool on the planet today is Tell-A-Vision. That is where I tell a vision to you, and you tell a vision to me. That way, if we don't like the programming we're getting, we can simply change the channel.

4. Life is like photography. You use the negative to develop.

5. It is true. As we go through life thinking heavy thoughts, thought particles tend to get caught between the ears, causing a condition called truth decay. So be sure to use mental floss twice a day. And when you're tempted to practice tantrum yoga, remember what we teach in Swami's Absurdiveness Training class: *Don't get even, get odd.*

6. If we want world peace, we must let go of our attachments and truly live like nomads. That's where I no mad at you, you no mad at me. That way, there'll surely be nomadness on the planet. And peace begins with each of us. A little peace here, a little peace there, pretty soon all the peaces will fit together to make one big peace everywhere.

7. I know great earth changes have been predicted for the future, so if you're looking to avoid earthquakes, my advice is simple. When you find a fault, just don't dwell on it.

8. There's no need to change the world. All we have to do is toilet train the world, and we'll never have to change it again.

9. If you're looking to find the key to the Universe, I have some bad news and some good news. The bad news is: there is no key to the Universe. The good news is: it has been left unlocked.

10. Finally, everything I have told you is channeled. That way, if you don't like it, it's not my fault. And remember, enlightenment is not a bureaucracy. So we don't have to go

ENLIGHTENMENT ...1

A fable from the East tells of an emperor and a zen monk who came face to face for the first time.

The emperor ruled over a kingdom that practiced Buddhism and the monk was eager to meet with him, looking forward to sharing tales of enlightenment.

But when they met, the emperor decided to test the monk by saying to him: “When you look at me, what do you see?”

“I see a Buddha,” answered the monk. And what do you see when you look at me?”

“I see a pig!” countered the emperor. Waiting to see the monk’s reaction, he said no more.

The monk pondered for a moment, then said:

“A Buddha sees a Buddha; a pig sees a pig!
