Here are some tips to make sure wise use of time
- Define what Quality Time means to you.
- Create a list of people/things that are deserving of your time.
- Take #1 and #2 and decide how much of your time each listed item deserves.
- If something feels off, it probably is. Revisit #2.
- KNOW that it is okay to say ‘NO'.
- Say ‘No' to unnecessary things and people
- Identify and avoid distractions
- Invest your time on yourself first.
- Build physical and mental health
- Gain more knowledge
- Learn some skill and master it
