Karma is based on the destiny of man. If a man works with the desire of the fruit, then sorrow and anxiety remain in his life. He is worried that we worked, did not get the result.
That's why a man should do work without any desire for the fruit. God's work is to give fruit. If he works without any desire for the fruit, then his mind becomes calm and happiness and prosperity comes in his life. If the mind is calm, then God also definitely gives its fruit.
- Lord Krishna has said in Bhagwat Gita that do your work, don't wish for the result, it is God's job to give the result.
