POOR MALE HEALTH


If these apply to you. You need to take action

1. Bigger waist than hips

A sign you have body fat above the ideal 10 - 15% range.

If you are above this, you increase your risk of several issues including:

Injury risk

Dementia

Depression

T2 Diabetes

Heart disease

High estrogen

Low testosterone Reduced mobility.

2. Man Boobs

Moobs can be caused by a number of things.

High body fat

Low testosterone

Excessive estrogen

Excessive prolactin

Either way its a sign that something needs fixing!

3. Regular fatigue

This shouldn't come as a shock but you aren't supposed to be tired all the time!

Constant fatigue is usually a sign you have issues with:

Diet Sleep Managing stress

Not moving enough It may be you need to address all of the above.

4. No morning wood

Men if you aren't waking up to regular boners, you have an issue!

It could be down to suffering from:

Low T

T2 diabetes

Sleep disorders

Erectile dysfunction

Medication side effects

Either way, if you don't get regular morning wood, you should investigate!

5. Being moody/ Irritable When you have low testosterone levels & high cortisol levels.

It can lead to an increase in anger, hostility, anxiety & overall irritability.

If you have recently/ past few years become fat more irritable, it's likely a hormonal imbalance!

6. Lack of motivation

This is one of the most common symptoms of low testosterone.

Yes strangely one of the least talked about symptoms.

Testosterone propels our ambition & drive. So men if you constantly feel unmotivated, it's a "health red flag" & you need to investigate!
