- If you have an urge to accomplish a goal, mentally plan out what it would take to accomplish that goal.
- Have priorities planned out but learn to live in the moment.
- Make a mental list of your 5 biggest fears. Work everyday on overcoming these fears; unless it's a venomous animal, let them one be.
- Mentally change your anxious and fearful thoughts into exciting and happy thoughts.
- Get to know yourself and the strengths you possess. Magnify those strengths.
- Revel in your uniqueness. There may be close to 7 billion people on this planet, but in the whole universe there is only one you.
- Take educated chances that interest you and do not fear the risks.
