BECOME FEARLESS

 


  1. If you have an urge to accomplish a goal, mentally plan out what it would take to accomplish that goal.
  2. Have priorities planned out but learn to live in the moment.
  3. Make a mental list of your 5 biggest fears. Work everyday on overcoming these fears; unless it's a venomous animal, let them one be.
  4. Mentally change your anxious and fearful thoughts into exciting and happy thoughts.
  5. Get to know yourself and the strengths you possess. Magnify those strengths.
  6. Revel in your uniqueness. There may be close to 7 billion people on this planet, but in the whole universe there is only one you.
  7. Take educated chances that interest you and do not fear the risks.
