HIGHER VIBRATION

 1. Start the day with gratitude.

2. Set an intention for the day.

3. Look for the positive in situations.

4. Always say "what is the teaching me vs. why is this happening?"

5. Stay in the present moment by celebrating the now.

6. Spend time outdoors.

7. Try something new & do more of what you love.

8. Meditation or Inhale and exhaling 3x times.

9. Pay yourself compliments & celebrate small victories.

10. Pay others compliments & celebrate their victories.

11. Follow social accounts that make you feel good.

12. Spend time with people that make you feel good.

13. Donate or toss items that you no longer need.

14. Get physical with exercise to detox the body.

15. Journal to connect with your inner self & make sense of your world.

16. Forgive yourself and others by sending out love & light.

17. Remember everyone is doing the best, they can.

19. If it isn't nice, don't say it.

20. Always remember if you have a moment where you feel negative, switch out of it with a nice thought or action. It is a practice.
