IMPROVE THINKING

 

  1. Living in the past or the future isn’t quite “living” at all ,
  2. You don’t have to live a life style that doesn’t fit you. You don’t have to wake up at 6am just coz a millionaire does that,
  3. Never say “ I’ll be happy when…..”. Don’t save happiness for the future coz once you get there you’ll find a new thing you need to do to be happy,
  4. Focus on curating thoughts that trigger other thoughts,
  5. Stop avoiding inevitable. Make your own rules, & only acceptable criteria is “ They should work” ,
  6. Let’s cultivate the art of being transparent & verbal with feelings. Stop expecting people to be mind readers,
  7. We all go through low-points in our lives, & in our relationships. So there’s nothing wrong with feeling down. Actually, it’s the first step in creating the new better life you long for,
  8. Few people are actually capable of independent thinking. Most people just repeat what they once heard . A sign of intelligence : Self-honesty,
  9. Invest in your mind . Misinterpreting a statement in order to get offended is a sign of weakness,
  10. Stop wasting your time giving thought to what doesn’t further your mission,
  11. Don’t live a quiet life placated by entertainment, food & substances . Strive for something better,
  12. Supportive & faithful self-talk is one of the tools of success. If your thoughts are constantly beating you up you’ll never get ahead,
  13. By affirming positive thoughts you’ve the ability to boost your confidence, mood, productivity , health, strength & every other aspect of your life,
