  1. Today is a new day . Don’t wake up with the regret of what you couldn’t yesterday . Wake up with a new energy,
  2. Ask yourself every day “ am I being my best self today “ & take action aligned with your ideal self ,
  3. Have a clear intention of what you’re not going to do & stick with it,
  4. Most people’s life are carefully structured around avoiding risk , uncertainty , & discomfort . You got to acknowledge that you can’t have a life worth living without all of these ,
  5. Success requires unwavering confidence in oneself . How you view yourself matters more than how others do ,
  6. When presented with an opportunity, accept it . It doesn’t matter if you’re unsure or skeptical, just go get it. Take chances . The worst thing that might happen is that you can fail ,
  7. Don’t get involved in what doesn’t involve you . People’s problems are not yours . They’ll end up fixing their shit & you’ll be blamed for taking sides . Fight for your own interests,
  8. If you’ve great ambitions , accept the fact that you can’t achieve things by being ordinary . That amount of “extra” is the amount of work you must put in to get & stay at the top,
  9. Be aware of your triggers for potential slip ups & carefully monitor those triggers . Have a response ready to combat these triggers when they pop up ,
  10. Keep your daily mindset big . Always start small, never play small ,
