This is how the mind becomes sharp.
◆ Reading a book for 20 minutes every day gives a mind boost.
◆ Don't live the same every day, do or see something new, it opens the mind, the ability to think and imagine increases rapidly.
◆ Eat and drink live energy rich food like green vegetables, fruits, milk, curd. Don't eat dead food i.e. biscuits, cold drinks, sugar, fast food.
◆ Use of the most important mind means the work which requires the most brain exercise, do that work and stay busy.
