ACTIONS TO IMPROVE EMOTIONAL STATE

 

1. Run your hands under Cold Water for 30 seconds

2. Take 10 slow deep breaths with your belly.

3. Focus on what you CAN control about your day.

4. Write a list of 3 MUST-DO's and follow through with them.

5. Sit upright with your shoulders back.

6. 30-second planks

7. Turn on uplifting and calming music.
