MENTAL TOUGHNESS

Mental toughness is the ability to perform consistently well under pressure, to maintain focus and motivation in the face of adversity, and to bounce back from setbacks. It involves developing the psychological and emotional resilience needed to handle difficult situations and to continue to strive towards one's goals despite obstacles. It is not just about being able to endure tough situations, but also about being able to maintain a positive outlook and to take effective action in the face of adversity.
