EXERCISE AFTER DINNER

 Can we exercise after having dinner at night?

You should not make the mistake of exercising after eating food. After having food, you can take a walk or jog. But do not do any heavy exercise. Because this affects the digestive system and can also cause stomach ache.

• Is it better to workout before or after dinner

When you eat right before exercising, your body first uses the calories you consumed for fuel. Exercising when it has been about three to four hours since you last ate makes your body more capable of burning fat for fuel because other easy sources of fuel are not available.

If you don't have dinner 3 hours before sleeping, your body does not get enough time to burn the calories you have consumed. It is often advised that you should not exercise after eating, but this is not the case with yoga. According to yoga experts, yoga is a form of exercise which you can do after meals.
