- Don’t label yourself as “shy” — You are just in the process of improving your social skills.
- Start talking to people. Step-out of your comfort zone.
- Relive anxiety. Have tips and tricks to overcome your anxiety. Example — naming all the things you see around you.
- Don’t think too much. You should say what you feel like saying. Trust me, it won’t be absurd.
- Have fun. The more fun you are having the more people will tend to like you.
- Take care of yourself. Build your self-esteem by doing things that are good for you.
- Listen carefully. When people tell yourself about themselves, really care and listen to what they say.
