FROM SHY TO CONFIDENT

  1. Don’t label yourself as “shy” — You are just in the process of improving your social skills.
  2. Start talking to people. Step-out of your comfort zone.
  3. Relive anxiety. Have tips and tricks to overcome your anxiety. Example — naming all the things you see around you.
  4. Don’t think too much. You should say what you feel like saying. Trust me, it won’t be absurd.
  5. Have fun. The more fun you are having the more people will tend to like you.
  6. Take care of yourself. Build your self-esteem by doing things that are good for you.
  7. Listen carefully. When people tell yourself about themselves, really care and listen to what they say.
