The consciousness within you responds to you many times, it gives you message because the soul has always emphasized on one point “It wants you to live the more you can, it wants you to love the more you can.”
When one opens the heart chakra (4th chakra) one comes close to the soul. Soul has a nearest point and that is heart. So when somebody block it's heart chakra then one has created an endless distance from soul and if one has endless distance from soul one will surely suffer.
Living by heart means living close to the soul and when you live close to the soul, the insights will generate within you, these insights are from the soul (wisdom of the soul)
One who aspires a spiritual journey, insights help, insights guide, and insights help you to expand your consciousness.
You can listen, talk to your consciousness when you are living by heart, without that one has endless distance from the soul.
