MENTAL HEALTH

 


  • Do not take on more than you can realistically handle.
  • Do not do things you don't want to do.
  • Try your best not to break promises you made with yourself.
  • Make sure you are feeling recharged before helping others.
  • Talk about your feelings.
  • Clearly communicate your needs and expectations with others.
  • Do not make excuses for your unhealthy habits.
  • Challenge yourself to try new things.
  • Take accountability for your behaviour.
  • Allow yourself to take up space.
  • Forgive yourself for the mistakes you made.
  • Constantly work on improving your mindset.
  • Do not compare yourself to others.
  • Provide your body with proper sleep, nutrition and exercise.
