Emotional Regulation: Controlling how you react is one of the most self-empowering things you can do.

Gratitude: Daily gratitude is scientifically proven to enhance overall well-being and happiness.

Self-discipline: Self-discipline is self-control. Beingable to soy yes and no to the right things at the right time.

Forgiveness: Releasing yourself from past pain and hurt to make way for brighter times.

Mindfulness: Being present in the now, knowing that this moment is all that exists.

Consistency: Showing up even when it's hard and you don't feel like it.
