TRATAKA - GAZING MEDITATION

Trataka, also known as "gazing meditation," is a yogic practice that involves fixing the gaze on a single point or object. The purpose of this meditation is to enhance concentration, focus, and inner awareness. The word "trataka" is derived from the Sanskrit language, where "trai" means "to look" or "to gaze."

It's important to note that trataka is just one of many meditation techniques, and its effectiveness can vary from person to person. Like any form of meditation, consistency and regular practice are key to experiencing the potential benefits. If you're new to meditation or have any concerns, consider consulting with a qualified meditation teacher or healthcare professional before starting a new practice.
