THINGS TO DO BERFORE 7 AM

 

1. Drink water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

2. Stay away from your mobile as much as possible.

3. Do exercise for at least 20 minutes.

4. Do meditation for at least 20 minutes.

5. Read something for at least 20 minutes which will lift your morale.

6. Make a to do list for the whole day and work accordingly.

7. After doing this, take a bath and break fast.

8. And now you are ready to start a wonderful day.
