HIGH CHOLESTEROL

High cholesterol, also known as hypercholesterolemia. High Cholesterol is basically a fatty substance in your blood called cholesterol. It leads to fatty foods, unhealthy diets, and not doing regular exercises. It can occur if a person eats a diet high in fat. Other symptoms of high cholesterol is genetic disorder, stress, medication and some health conditions. If cholesterol leads in your blood then it can be laid down in the walls of their arteries. The large blood vessels carry blood in your body.

Symptoms of high cholesterol

  1. Chest Discomfort :- Nowadays people feel that they have chest pain. Because high blood pressure leads in our blood to make clot in the body. It is immense that the large artery blood vessels have increased formally.
  2. Consume High Sugar Intake :- In India, more people have taken high amounts of sugar in their diet. So saturated fat is often blamed as the main cause of heart disease A diet in sweet stuff causes your liver to make more LDL cholesterol and triglycerides, and less HDL cholesterol.
  3. Sitting A Lot :- Whether you have been sitting on a desk or have a cough for a long time, it is not a good thing for our health. It is linked with heart disease, obesity and high cholesterol. If you for too long then enzymes can be harmful for LDL cholesterol. If you protect your heart then take a break for every 30 minutes or if you can, go for a 5 minutes of walk.
  4. Stress :- Stress is also a main factor for people to live an unhealthy life. It causes a number of health problems. Research shows that it raises your risk for high LDL cholesterol and lower level of HDL cholesterol. This may cause your liver to pump out more cholesterol blood fat.
  5. Type 2 Diabetes :- Type 2 diabetes means people have taken high amounts of sugar which is not good for our health. When there is too much sugar, it may attach to protein. For example:- type 2 diabetes have dense particles or tend to be more small which raises a high risk of heart disease.
  6. Liver Problem:- Liver is also a main factor for leading to high cholesterol. Because the liver makes, processes and breaks down cholesterol. When your liver does not work properly, it can affect your cholesterol levels.
