STRESS FREE LIFE

1.Don’t sweat the little things

Nobody cares if you have a little mistake! They are focused on themselves and won’t care anyways as everyone makes mistakes so forget it.

2.Remember to enjoy the moment

There’s always something to enjoy in every moment. But it’s up to you to find it.

3.Exercise

Exercise releases built up stress as you can use that stress built up to exercise harder and release endorphins to make you happier.

4.Eat healthy

Eating junk food has a bunch of chemicals and sugar attributing to you feeling tired and moody ultimately increasing your stress.

5.-Get in nature

Nature has a way of making us take a step back and realizing how great our lives really are. We focus on beauty and forget our stress.

6.Learn to say no

There’s no point in adding stress on purpose. Respect yourself and your mental health and say no.

7.Spend time with loved ones

Loved ones want to know our hurts and try and help us. They make us feel loved and assure us everything will be alright.

8.Avoid overthinking

You know what you need to get done but by overthinking or procrastinating you are causing lots of unnecessary stress.
