WHAT IS MEDITATION?

Meditation is not that you sat with your eyes closed for twenty, thirty minutes in the morning and evening and then came back to your normal state of unconsciousness and started doing your work. This is absolutely stupid. The sole function of meditation is to teach you the art of being conscious all the time.

While working, walking, sitting, eating; Conscious every moment.

Only then one day the moment will come when you will be able to see yourself separate from your body; And the day this happened, your birth was successful.
